- Dial-in’s and meeting anchoring – coordination
- Client-side communication method’s include email, WhatsApp, web chatbots, virtual meets, and direct dial’s
- Proactiveness required during the weekend to be available on mailers and client direct dial-in’s
- Capturing minutes and accompanying during meets.
- Past experience as KAM in an IT services firm
- Familiarity with Jira / Atlassian tools
