Being in an IT environment empowers our engineer’s to be at the shoe’s of everyday regular employees of various domains and voice assistants such as Alexa and Google Assistant using echo dots and google home devices provide the perfect companion to the hustle involved working environments across the globe. Using routines, custom skills and IoT devices the engineers at Pupa Clic have devices an ecosystem that makes the office guide an every day employee’s duties.

Here is the breakdown of the functionalities that have been created .:

• Automated blind controls to activate front view to let the sun rays in at 9:30 AM
• AC turns on with a temperature set at low with fast blow for instant cool
• Smart Speaker auto Announcement .: Welcome note, current weather and today’s events (including tomorrow’s birthday’s) at 10 AM
• AC sets temperature based on outside weather at 10:30 AM
• Smart Speaker auto Announcement .: Lunchtime is here, Joke of the day, AC temperature is set to near to dry with low vent speed and lighting is reduced for same at 1 PM
• AC sets temperature based on outside weather at 2 PM
• Smart Speaker auto Announcement .: Flash briefing of news and latest tech update
• Automated blind activates and closes down as day meets its end at EOD
• Smart Speaker auto announcement .: Encouragement quotes for a job well done at EOD
• AC turns Off and informs that it can be manually turned back on by voice command or remote.

We have incorporated custom alexa and google assistant skills, IoT setups and intuitive integrations with our project management tools to incorporate this environment, but this is just the start of what’s to come.
