Address Verification System - eKYC - by Pupa Clic
An automation system built as a web app on cloud and comprises of an Android application to fill in the Know Your Customer (eKYC) form provided by financiers and telecom operators during the acquisition of a post paid sim or loan. These details are captured through the mobile App which is powered by Pupa Clic’s mobFos and ensures the GEO location of the data is acquired at the time of punching the data. The Data and Geo Location is captured even when the handheld device is offline, through the draft mode. The App is operational even during the absence of the network.
The back-end is a power house comprising of various activities such as bulk assign through excel, bulk case upload, single assign, auto assign to field officer based on pin code map, MIS reports, real-time dashboard, field officer location tracking and GEO Map, and App login device based session control.
